The Cabot Trail: Part 2

We never tired of seeing the different surprises around every corner of the cabot trail. I highly recommend this drive if you can get here someday.

If we said, ‘ ooooh, this is so beautiful ‘ once…..

We had lunch at the harbour restaurant and bar. We knew it must be a good choice because a tour bus of seniors had just departed. We had a nice view of the harbour of course and we are slowly learning the lesson that we need to share our meals as the portions seem to be huge for our dwindling appetites now.

We certainly enjoy each other’s company and make each other laugh all day it seems.

As dusk drew near we found out we had to take a small ferry ride to finish the trail and return ‘home’. We found out that there was a family of foxes waiting on shore and we snapped a few photos of them as we ended our day under the glory of another gorgeous sunset.
