Happiness
Sometimes we wake up and think,”What’s the point?”
We can feel irritable or depressed and have no direction.
And sure, if we dwell on things that upset us…..we’re going to feel …UPSET!
So today, I want you to think about what makes you happy.
What (or who) puts a smile on your face and an extra beat in your heart?
Can you think of something or someone?
And if you have ….let’s think about THAT today!
Perhaps make a list of the things that lift you up . Write down the names of people that bring you happiness. You might not have them near anymore but perhaps in the past they brought a sense of rightness and peace to your world.
Is there an activity that makes you happy? A certain season?
A pet? A buddy? A song?
Are you a ‘morning person’ ? Or do you finally relax in the wee hours of the night when work is done and all are snuggled in their beds?
How would you spread happiness if you could?
