Parks, and Pools and Pads ….Oh My!
The kids hit it right because after several weeks of rain it is hot, hot, hot here.
We have been to some wonderful climbing/picnic parks, watched the boys play in our wee backyard pool, and have fun running around splash pads. It’s a child’s summer.
Lots of books and loving looks, a time for smiles after the many miles.
There is nothing like cuddling up to a little one to read a book or to watch an animation with a bowl of popcorn at the ready too! We love cuddling with their doggie too! Our boys are so much fun to be with and we love sharing the time with J’s mum and dad over the 2 week visit.
We’ve even had fun with our godchild, “N”, and it’s been fun to see him respond with more and more comfort to “Uncle Terry”.
The “Nemo” sleeping bags were a big hit too.
Must go….time to play!
