Change Can Be Good!
Well, we were in our Hawaii condo for a week and the stairs were doing a ‘number’ on my knees that’s for sure.
As you know, we had the greatest view from our balcony but the place was pretty tired and small. Terry called the rental property management and lo and behold he actually got someone on the line….and they were nice!
“Angela” admitted that the mistake was actually not with VRBO but with their company who booked it for us and she made it her mission to help us if she could.
She told us there actually was one place not rented yet in the city (she said it was crazy busy this year…I’m guessing because like us,people are ready to travel again) but it was a house and didn’t have an ocean view.
It also didn’t have stairs so we met her at the 2 bedroom house and we were amazed at how lovely it was. It even had a pool in the backyard!
We decided that if it didn’t cost us more money and the home owner agreed to our moving in, that we would move. And we both feel very very happy with this decision.
