Painting With My Dad
My dad is so cool. How many kids think that about their parents? And my dad is still cool …..at 91 !!!!
We finally had time to have a bit of a painting day together and the above image is of his list of artists to listen to as he paints.
Like me, my dad likes to paint old vehicles. He did a couple over the weeks I’ve been here, diligently painting 3 or 4 times per day. Amazing really…..and he’s really good!
But I decided to paint a still life that my friend, Iren Bartok, photographed of spring flowers from her own garden.
