Mall Walking (part 3)

I’ve continued to walk the mall twice a week with the streets outside remaining icy and snow-covered.

It is still difficult for me to walk (pain-wise) but at this time it seems to be my best way of getting exercise.

So here I am on the second floor passing the giant casino and the Bingo hall, pastry shops and art stores.

How do I resist temptation? Why by praying the rosary of course! I actually do pray while I’m walking around as I get my daily prayers done and it’s a marker for me . When my prayers are done…I’m done !

It’s a very good idea for me to continue arriving just as the mall opens as there are hardly any people there and we all know that sneaky Covid is still creeping around.

I think the folks that designed West Ed have done a really nice job in decorating and in the designing of this monster of a mall.

You should be able to find practically anything that you are looking for be it clothing to food to jewelry and even cars!

I’m sure I haven’t seen the whole thing yet!

I have a lot of fun now that my sister, Paula, has chosen to walk with me once a week . She’s such a good sport about me taking photos of her too…ha ha.

If you ever visit Edmonton, you will have to check out this massive mall too.

But watch out…you might break out into shopping! ( Or going to the movies there, or having a coffee with a sweet, or skating, or……)
