The Royal Mayfair
The Mayfair Golf Club was first established in 1922 and since then has been known as a top tier private club for its appreciative membership.
My husband’s favourite sport is golf and it was a proud day when he finally could join this great club….and it’s very easy to get to from our home.
Usually, once a year I go for a ride along on a lovely night and that’s what I did recently. You can see from the photos that it’s like walking in a park (but golfing is no ‘walk in a park’ ha ha ha.) Terry practices as often as he can and even has a coach. It shows!
Terry talks me through his club choices and distance markers and I sit back and enjoy the snacks we purchased from the snack cart girl and concentrate on taking beautiful photos….ha ha ha.
What a fun night. After the rapidly cooling off evening we went for a nice dinner there.
